Catherine is the face behind All Things Considered. She loves to help couples get to the heart of what they really value, for a wedding day which is full of meaning, purpose and care. It doesn’t matter if having a more eco-conscious wedding has always been at the top of their wish list, or it’s something new, Catherine is here to show couples that nothing about their style has to change and they don’t need to sacrifice the bits that mean the most.

Catherine's approach to sustainable wedding planning
All Things Considered’s approach is gentle and guilt-free, no matter how much experience couples have with going green! Catherine works hard to create something which is sensitive to their lifestyle, budget and the things they love. She also believes designing your wedding should be full of fun and creativity and loves to create bespoke pieces from old stuff – like backdrops painted on old roller blinds, or a filing cabinet turned into a cake stand!
Working with Catherine is about giving couples the gift of time - in the build-up to their wedding and on the day itself - so they can spend those precious hours enjoying time with friends and family and relishing in the anticipation, instead of getting caught-up in contacting suppliers or lighting candles!
Catherine worked in the events industry for over a decade and was privileged to have amazing experiences, meet some cool public figures and work in iconic venues. But it also opened her eyes to how much waste is created from a single event which usually lasts just a few hours. After running a wedding venue and meeting lots of lovely couples, Catherine realised many people wanted to bring more sustainability into their wedding day but had no idea where to start. Or were worried they had to do it all to make a difference or sacrifice the modern elegant styling they had planned. Which is when All Things Considered was created, to dispel the myth that sustainable weddings need to look a certain way, or be zero carbon to make a difference. Catherine likes to use her ‘sustainable lens’ to make small tweaks and look at things a little differently to create weddings with minimal environmental impact, but maximum atmosphere!
