Set within 14 acres of landscaped gardens and lakes, this forest venue is truly beautiful. It only books a handful of weddings each year, as they aim to offer a day as unique and bespoke as possible.
The field by the lakes are the perfect place for an outdoor ceremony. Also, you can have your buffet set there. The lakes are connected to the woodland by an easy path. So while your guests enjoy the idillic view and food, you can sneak away and enter a whole new forest world.
Coverwood Lakes and Gardens is the perfect venue for a sustainable wedding. Every provider involved is carefully chosen. All the food is sourced as locally as possible.

Do you love the outdoors as much as we do? Then you might like the idea of being surrounded by 200 acres of the great outdoors on your wedding day. Fforest Weddings offers this and more. At fforest Weddings you can choose to get married in a variety of locations. The Bwthyn, Ty fforest, Garden Pavillion, Lodge, Lodge barn & Cedar barn are the options.

We had the absolute pleasure to photograph Kate & Tom's festival, camping wedding at Wasing Park. Kate and Tom had an emotional outdoor ceremony, followed by a reception in the woodlands. They dreamt of a festival wedding and they pulled it off! With a stunning tipi and cosy bonfire, their guests went on dancing through the night. They also had bell tents set up for their guests in a field by the woodland. The perfect solution to have everyone sleeping over at night!

RSVP New Forest is a stunning outdoor wedding venue by Sopley Lake. We got to know this venue when we documented Katy & Drew outdoor wedding. RSVP New Forest offers the chance to have a wonderful tipi reception, with a private ceremony area overlooking the lake. This makes it perfect for a symbolic outdoor ceremony surrounded by gorgeous woodlands.
It also offers the possibility to have a large open fire pit and shepherd huts and log cabins for sleeping over.

10. Wilderness Weddings, Kent
For an unconventional, woodland wedding in a hidden enchanted farm in Kent, Wilderness Weddings is the place to be! You have two options to choose for your ceremony. Whats more, if you are planning a symbolic or humanist ceremony, you can pick your favourite spot in the forest and just get married there. They also offer three Kata tipis to host your reception, simply perfect for a festival wedding in a bohemian style!

11. The Lodge on Loch Goil, Scotland
With this location we are moving a bit more far north. And to be more specific, we go all the way to Loch Goil in Scotland. Scotland stole our hearts years ago and it still has a special spell on us. The atmosphere and vibes Scotland can create are second to none. For this reason, The Lodge on Loch Goil is a pretty unique place. What's more is that you can get married in a Treehouse overlooking the lake. Quite something right?! Plus you have a variety of different options all uniquely stunning.

12. Swallows Oast, East Sussex
If you are looking for a woodland wedding venue in the South East of England, Swallows Oast in East Sussex is a great choice!
Situated at Gibbs Reed Farm, Swallows Oast offers the opportunity to enjoy the forest and its rural surroundings. When Cheryl and Jon got in touch for their wedding, they made it clear straight away that they wanted pictures in the forest. This is the reason why they chose for their wedding Flanesford Priory in the Wye Valley. This beautiful wedding venue in Herefordshire is only a 5 mins drive from Dean Forest.
And right in Dean Forest is where we managed to get some gorgeous woodland pictures of our stunning couple.

13. The Hidden Hive, Derbyshire
If you are based a bit more far north and looking for a woodland venue in Derbyshire, we suggest you look into The Hidden Hive.
It is a fairly new venue, founded in 2017. In fact, it is in 2018 that we had the absolute pleasure to photograph the festival wedding of Aimee and Joe. The ceremony was held in a wonderful bell tent, followed by a tipi reception. With a few minutes walk from the main field, you can reach a lovely lake, perfect for the couple pictures. The lake is surrounded by a beautiful fir tree forest. Taking pictures there almost felt like being somewhere in our dear Italian Alps!

14. Wootton Farm, Sussex
Looking for an outdoor wedding venue not too far from Brighton? Woodlands and forests are a must have? Then Wootton Farm would be our suggestion. It definitely was the right venue for Eimear and Steve's festival, camping, tipi wedding.

15. Little Quarme Weddings, Exmoor National Park
In love with Exmoor and its outstanding countryside and woodlands? Little Quarme Weddings is a wonderful wedding venue that offers gorgeous settings. Here you can get married outdoors, under their gazebo overlooking the Quarme Valley. Plus, you can have the reception in a marquee lawn with access to 18 acres of gardens and fields.
